Challenge: Develop a smart system to measure allergens and environmental factors.
Solution:
• Selected sensors for allergens, humidity, VOCs, dust.
• Designed custom electronics (H/W + F/W).
• Collected data in electrode cartridges and sent for lab analysis.
• Developed an industrial-grade mechanical enclosure for performance.

Challenge: Deliver advanced lighting for precision dental procedures.
Solution:
• Designed rigid & flexible PCBs for light control.
• Developed touch-sense controller and constant-current LED driver.

Industrial Monitoring System

Industrial Monitoring System

Challenge: Develop a rugged industrial monitoring device capable of long-term use in harsh environments.
Solution:
• Designed an IP-66 rated enclosure with temperature sensor.
• Integrated LCD interface for multiple status indications.
• Delivered an embedded design with reliable performance.
• Incorporated monitoring sensors such as vibration, temperature and proximity.

Audio & MIDI Controller for Musical Instruments

Challenge: Design a portable controller compatible with versatile MIDI-mappable music software.
Solution:
• Developed a MIDI foot controller supporting Notes, Program Changes, and Control Changes via USB and BLE.
• Enabled seamless integration with Prime, Ableton Live, and other music software.
• Built with 9 durable switches, a 7-segment LED display, and a compact plastic enclosure.
• Supported BLE 5.1 and USB 2.0 for reliable MIDI communication.
• Added dual audio connectors for M-Audio/expression pedals and expandable switches for extended control.

Gigaband

Gigaband enables efficient broadcasting across small IPs and networks.
Challenge: Develop a scalable broadcasting system where a Giga Hub links multiple Giga Spot nodes to provide internet connectivity for homes.
Solution:
• Designed custom hardware for the hub-and-node architecture.
• Provided multiple connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, for reliable data transfer.
• Ensured optimized communication between hub, nodes, and end users.
